The value for money at the hotel was excellent and the room was spacious and beautiful, with a balcony overlooking Lake Garda. The location was perfect, just a short 2-minute walk to the beach and a 20-minute walk to the town center. The staff at Villa Olivo Resort were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and providing great recommendations for restaurants and activities.

The only thing that could make the breakfast even better would be more variety in the breakfast items.

It was also a short walk to the lake and the town centers of Bardolino and Lazise. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of hot and cold food, including fresh homemade cakes. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were well-maintained. I also appreciated the convenient transportation options, with a bus stop nearby and easy access to other points on the lake.

villa olivo resort was even better than our previous stay in bardolino. such a pleasant and peaceful place with spacious rooms, a pool, and delicious homemade breakfast. the staff were courteous and helpful, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property were excellent. a truly beautiful and relaxing stay.

We had an amazing time at our recent stay at a charming hotel near the seafront. The location was perfect, as it was close to the town center of Bardolino, but secluded enough to enjoy some peace and tranquility. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of Lake Garda. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, offering us a great start to our day. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket nearby and easy access to public transportation. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

That the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, which made it slightly uncomfortable during the peak season in July.

Great place to stay for an amazing holiday. The hotel is a perfect base with friendly staff always willing to help. Breakfast was excellent; always fresh and lots of choices. The pool and gardens were well maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A great location, only a short stroll to the town and supermarkets, and just a few minutes walk to the lakeside. The shuttle service was a bonus when venturing further afield.

Not many bad things to say but if pushed, the air conditioning could be a bit better during the hotter months and more space in the rooms for clothing or personal items would be a plus.

The air conditioning was not working during our stay in December, and it was difficult to sleep because it was really hot in the room. The room was also a bit outdated, and the furniture was not in a good condition.

I always stay at this amazing place. The friendly staff once helped me find my forgotten headphones. It has everything I need – Wi-Fi, parking, bar, pools, TV. Perfect for hiking, cycling, fishing, golf. No pets or smoking. I'll be back for Christmas!
